Membership and Flying Fees
These new fees are applicable from 1st Feb 2012.
All hire of club gliders will be charged per minute from launch.
Due to rising fuel costs, these prices may change at short notice.

Cadet Training Scheme
Bicester Gliding Centre has in place an initiative aimed at encouraging
students aged 15-17 into the sport of Gliding. The scheme recruits about
February each year, with the most recent information
pack available here (as a PDF file). The scheme includes a bursary for
students - giving essentially free flying lessons up to about solo standard
(see information pack for more details). The number of Bursaries each year
are limited, and are by application only. Please contact us for more information
on the scheme.
For those not lucky to receive a Bursary, we would still love to see you
and have you come and try gliding. There are special rates for Cadets (see
price list) which make gliding a very affordable sport for everyone.
Community Volunteer Scheme
Bicester Glding Centre encourages members of the local community to join
the Club and has initiated a scheme that offers a free annual membership
to those who are prepared to volunteer their help for at least three days
per month taking on such task as grass cutting, winch driving, log keeping,
etc. The number of of Community Volunteer memberships available are limited
and by application only. If you are interested please contact us via email
